Description
xNot only are our reusable coffee cups eco-friendly, being double-walled stainless steel they will keep your coffee hot for over three hours and cold for much longer. With a smooth, matte finish, a thin lip and screw-on lid, they wash easily, do not leak, and feel gorgeous to drink from.
They hold up to 380ml, which in Australia is equivalent to a large-sized take-away. Of course you can always only semi-fill if you prefer a smaller size!
Presented in a beautiful recyclable packaging tube, it makes the perfect gift to give yourself and others.

Borosilicate Glass
A common question is whether the glass bottles are breakable. It is stronger than regular glass, but it can still break or crack if it is dropped from a great height or hit hard. Borosilicate glass can go straight from a freezer to an oven without cracking.
We recommend handwashing although technically our glass bottles are dishwasher safe.
Stainless Steel Water Bottles
Stainless steel water bottles and reusable coffee cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel water bottle doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals, even if you fill it with hot beverages. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Kwench bottle brush. Our products are designed for light use and not to be used in heavy situations, as they may scratch. That may or may not bother you!
Kwench products much prefer handwashinng over beiing placed in the dishwasher. Please do not use the dishwasher and be unrealistic about our response :)

Our Brew Cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel travel cup doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Kwench Cup Cleaner to help with the lid and rim. Friction causes paint to rub off over time so be careful when packing in handbags.

Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (inc GST). Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $150.
What Is the Timeframe For Delivery Within Australia?
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.
We ship from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Victoria, and it takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. Please note - you would be aware that delivery times can vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

What Is the Timeframe For a NZ Delivery?
The timeframe for delivery to New Zealand does vary. It is common for NZ deliveries to take up to 10 days. This one truly has it all. Keeps my coffee so hot for ages, and hence is perfect for travel or big days on the move! I can even bring my coffee from home in the early morning and still enjoy it after my yoga class! The deep water blue colour is so chic, and the ability to drop it in my tote bag and it NEVER leaks is just next level! Thank you Kwench!!! You really thought of it all!

I love my 380ml Stainless Steel Cup, it keeps my coffee hot for hours (2 hours at least). I purposely took my time drinking my coffee to test how hot it would remain and it passed the test.
