Borosilicate Glass

A common question is whether the glass bottles are breakable. It is stronger than regular glass, but it can still break or crack if it is dropped from a great height or hit hard. Borosilicate glass can go straight from a freezer to an oven without cracking. We recommend handwashing although technically our glass bottles are dishwasher safe.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel water bottles and reusable coffee cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel water bottle doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals, even if you fill it with hot beverages. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Kwench bottle brush. Our products are designed for light use and not to be used in heavy situations, as they may scratch.

Once we receive your order, our team will move quickly to pack and send your chosen products and get them ready for shipping within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping timeframes depend on your location and time of year.

Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is from $8.95 (inc GST). Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.We ship from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Victoria, and it takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you.

Please note - you would be aware that delivery times can vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

Yes we do.

The timeframe for delivery to New Zealand does vary. It is common for NZ deliveries to take up to 10 days. As above, delivery times vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes and estimates given as to the delivery date are out of our control. We always do what we can to ensure speedy receipt of your order, but we do not accept any liability because of such delays.

Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout when confirming your order. Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and we are unable to deliver your products, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.

We take pride in delivering a premium product to our customers. We apologise if this one has somehow slipped through the net.

Kwench Australia guarantees our range to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please email us at support@kwench.com.au and include as many details as possible about the concern, including images. We will get back to you within 2 business days to resolve the issue.

Please choose wisely, as Kwench doesn’t issue replacements due to change of mind! We are sure you understand the reasons for this (aka hygiene!). The decision to offer a change of mind exchange or refund will be made at our discretion.
