Borosilicate Glass
A common question is whether the glass bottles are breakable. It is stronger than regular glass, but it can still break or crack if it is dropped from a great height or hit hard. Borosilicate glass can go straight from a freezer to an oven without cracking.
We recommend handwashing although technically our glass bottles are dishwasher safe.
Stainless Steel Water Bottles
Stainless steel water bottles and reusable coffee cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel water bottle doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals, even if you fill it with hot beverages. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Kwench bottle brush. Our products are designed for light use and not to be used in heavy situations, as they may scratch. That may or may not bother you!
Kwench products much prefer handwashinng over beiing placed in the dishwasher. Please do not use the dishwasher and be unrealistic about our response :)
Reusable Coffee Cups
Our Brew Cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel travel cup doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Kwench Cup Cleaner to help with the lid and rim. Friction causes paint to rub off over time so be careful when packing in handbags.

Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (inc GST). Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $150.
What Is the Timeframe For Delivery Within Australia?
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.
We ship from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Victoria, and it takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. Please note - you would be aware that delivery times can vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

What Is the Timeframe For a NZ Delivery?
The timeframe for delivery to New Zealand does vary. It is common for NZ deliveries to take up to 10 days. As above, delivery times vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes and estimates given as to the delivery date are out of our control. We always do what we can to ensure speedy receipt of your order, but we do not accept any liability because of such delays.
What Happens If I Enter an Incorrect or Incomplete Address?
